Ok. I'm a dumbass. Clearly this is a rocket. And there's some way of making it blast off and get those targets really quickly. Can you please tell me how? I need to learn, and nothing I've tried works.

I'm dropping a long, skinny shape drawn at around a 45 degree angle, so it falls in between the shorter vertical pieces -- it scoots in and hits the piece that sits alongside the larger vertical rectangle (the "rocket") and sometimes jabs it hard enough to pinch/squirt the rocket upward.
