Just had to try this experiment, Bob. Not nearly as clean as yours, but the symmetry looks pretty neat on the main levels page. Hope ya don't mind!
doesn't quite look the same, and definitely doesn't act the same! (But that's fine.)
I could've gotten it closer to yours, but I had to rush because I was afraid you or somebody else would upload something else before I could put this one next to yours haha. By the way, it's safe to push the ball over the edge in the end. It'll find it's way to a good spot where the final action needed is clear.
why, when I'm looking at the title out of the corner of my eye, do I read 'shit tuba arroyo'? I mean, it's curvy like a tuba or an arroyo, but it's not... oh, I see... or curvy like a...
I highly recommend spending a day on the shit tuba arroyo. Brown water rafting at its best!
ROFL. So... you're on an inflatable raft going down a winding river at the bottom of an arroyo. The river stinks like shit, and is so calm you have to propel your craft by blowing into a tuba with its bell in the water, producing massive fart noises (which all the 7-year-olds in the raft giggle with glee at...)
Lol, nice. And sadly, I only have my baritone horn from middle school, which has a bit less horsepower than a full-size tuba, so I'm lagging behind, bringing up the rear. And if there's ONE place that you DO NOT want to be bringing up the rear, it's during a group trip on the ol' shit tuba arroyo.
I am fascinated as to how you did this. Some ingenious code-writing I guess.
Took a screen shot of just the game area. Put it in CorelDraw and sized it and the workspace to 800x600mm. Flipped the image and placed all objects using that as a guide. Shot the objects' dimensions/angles from the Corel workspace to an Excel spreadsheet where I added things like "b(" and "c(" and ",1,0,0,0)" to turn it all into GM code. Easy peasy. Happy to help anybody here who ever happens to "find" a copy of CorelDraw on the internet to play around with ;)
Gee, all that work and someone 1-starred it? Unbelievable! I'm giving it 5 stars for mind-boggling tech-skill.
